Abstract |
The purpose of this project is to get spectra of both objects and the sky to simulate the data which we will obtain with the Hectospec multifiber spectrograph. Since that instrument has better response in the red than FAST, we will tilt the grating as far as it would go to get as far into the red as FAST can go. We hope to get some of the OH forest of atmospheric emission lines to find out how hard it is to get them out of spectra. |
