X-ray novae as required for Callanan (#11) up to three observations
per night, Markarian 421 for Buckley, Jan 15-28, 5 min per night,
(#31), the Twin QSO for Schild (#24), and Supernovae as required
for Kirshner (#14)
If the IR Camera engineering run at the end of January is cancelled,
the time reverts to Schild #25.
