Command Line Arguments

Name of IRAF image header file or FITS file. This must be present.
Name of file containing a list of FITS or IRAF images, one per line.
-a num
Add constant num to all pixels (g=noise)

-d num
Divide all pixels by constant num.

Gaussian noise from each pixel (random between 0 and the square root of the pixel value)

-l num
Logging interval (default = 10)

-m num
Multiply all pixels by constant num.

Write the output to a new file which is named by inserting an e before the file extension. The new file is always written to the current working directory.

Square root of each pixel

-s num
Subtract constant num from all pixels
