NEWDEF - Install new path to defaults in SAO TDC software

The newdef program may be used to change the default directory name in skymap, star, or rgsc executable files. Run 

	newdef program new_default_directory
to change the program executable file. To see what the current default directory is, type 
	newdef program
and to change the default directory a second time, type 
	newdef skymap old_default_directory new_default_directory
